In this paper,based on the analysis and research of the structure and working principle of the pressure sensor and pressure signal device of the helicopter,cooperating with enterprise to accomplish the military helicopter aviation integrated pressure system for fault detection,put forward a complete set of in-situ and ex-situ detection program and implement programs,at last,we developed an aviation integrated pressure tester.Aviation integrated pressure tester is mainly used for fault location and fault diagnosis of military helicopter aviation integrated pressure test system,the main test pressure monitoring parts including pressure sensors and pressure signal.Taking the aviation integrated pressure of helicopter as the research object,this paper used the advanced hydraulic components,high precision pressure sensor and virtual instrument technology,accomplished the development of portable pressure testing instrument.Achieve the in-situ and ex-situ detection in the field environment and meet the need of maintenance support helicopter maintenance line.The users can use the test instruments on the helicopter integrated pressure system and the components to provide a normal pressure simulation environment,at the same time,it can also carry on the function performance parameter test,to achieve the in-situ an ex-situ detection in the field environment.Based on the research and development standards of advanced pressure tester domestic and foreign,this paper analysis the structure and working principle of the pressure sensor,and completes the mechanical structure design and overall layout of the whole tester system according to the system in-situ and ex-situ detection system,to achieve automatic pressure test function.Through the completion of the entire hardware circuit tester structure,to achieve the stepper motor,solenoid valve control and signal acquisition and output functions,to carry out in-situ and ex-situ testing purposes At last,taking the virtual instrument as the development platform and the graphical programming language LabVIEW as the development tool to complete the software design of the whole test instrument system,and realize the function of human-computer interaction,Through the mechanical structure design,the hardware circuit construction,the control software design to completes the whole test instrument research and development work,develops a set of high accuracy,high reliability,high applicability,convenient operation portable automatic detection instruments,enhances the fault detection level of troop and provide protection for helicopter flight safety.
