Study On The Key Technology Of Intelligent Cooking Machine

With the increasingly fierce social competition and the improvement of people's quality of life,people's requirements for the performance and automation of kitchen equipment are also increasing.In this paper,based on the research of the key technology of the intelligent cooking machine,an automatic feeding system is designed.In this paper,the design of a solid seasoning blanking system and liquid seasoning blanking system.For solid seasoning blanking system,using SolidWorks 3D design software to design the structure and assembly of solid seasoning system.The design of feed box,by adding a sealing ring and semiapex angle 20~°lining,solves the material error due to humidity and nature caused by the.Then use Ansys Workbench to do the finite element analysis of the material feeding mechanism,and get the vibration mode.On the basis of the structural model,the simulation of the cutting process is carried out by using EDEM,and the reasonable vibration parameters can be obtained by detecting the cutting speed and mass flow under different vibration frequencies.The simulation results show that the system can obtain the material flow and obtain the stable cutting quality.In addition,the liquid seasoning feeding system design,according to the system of liquid seasoning displacement requirements,select the appropriate gear pump and guide tube,and through the addition of different storage box and solenoid valve to control the liquid seasoning.Finally,through the design of PLC control system to complete the accurate control of the feeding system.This paper designs an intelligent cooking machine solid seasoning and liquid seasoning automatic feeding system,can accurately control the solid seasoning and liquid seasoning material quantity,so as to enterprises and institutions,the condiment dishes are automatically added to provide a new approach.
