| All industries in modern society are developing toward automation, domestic Chinese cuisine, of course, is no exception. Using domestic cooking machine can relieve the pressure of kitchen labor, where the disabled and the elderly have difficulty in. At present, cooking machine has some problems such as the structure is too large or the heating-control is inaccurate that limit it to be used in home-cooking. Therefore, this paper conducted a study on the key technologies of domestic cooking machine, which includes stir-frying structure, heating equipment, control systems and thermal simulation.Firstly, the structure of domestic cooking machine was designed, which achieved the function of stir-frying. Reference to the structure of drum washing machine, the stir-frying mechanism was designed. Based on which, the connection mechanism and integral structures was designed. Besides, the best stir-frying speed was calculated by kinematic analysis, and the motor was selected.Secondly, a study on the heating equipment was conducted, which achieved the numerical control of heating. The infrared stove was chosen to be the heating equipment of domestic cooking machine. And the numerical control of heating was achieved with the use of gas proportional valve and blower. Besides the sealing processing method between each devices was described.Thirdly, the lower computer control system for domestic cooking machine was designed. The working process of domestic cooking machine was expounded, and the appropriate hardware equipment was selected to achieve the control function. The driving signal was generated with the microcontroller to control devices. Besides, the key program code was given.Finally, thermal simulation was carried out with ANSYS to make domestic cooking machine better. On the one hand, the best size of radiation plate was gotten by conducting thermal simulation for the pot in which water filled; On the other hand, the heating dissipation was optimized by conducting thermal simulation for the motor. |
