Driveline torque monitoring is already widely used in passenger cars,commercial vehicles,military vehicles,agricultural machinery,construction machinery and so on.The torque test of the half-shaft is an important index to evaluate the reliability performance of the vehicle.At the same time,the output of the torque can be detected in time and the abnormal working condition can be found in time.The acquisition and analysis the torque of different model half-shaft provide the basis data for the fault diagnosis.It is important to prevent abnormal deformation and fatigue fracture of half-shaft,reduce accident,ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment.This thesis focuses on a new type of wireless torque testing system which is developed for automotive half-shaft torque testing.The domestic torque measurement equipment is on-line slip ring torque sensor,and there is no professional wireless test solution.And the test environment is poor.The small installation space,the larger vibration shock,oil pollution and high temperature are the factors to consider.Most of the manufacturers had designed the wireless torque sensor,But there are many issues,for example,a large size,the installation space and signal transmission rate is limited,vulnerable to electromagnetic interference,short time use and so on,It is not suitable for half-shaft torque test applications;The new wireless torque test system solves the problem such as insufficient installation space and short time use and improves the antenna design,solves the problem of data loss in high speed rotation case and also completed the system software.The main work of the thesis is:(1)Completed the needs analysis and overall design of the wireless torque test system.This thesis analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the system,the technical principle and provides the technical solution;(2)Completed the key module design and implementation of the wireless torque test system,such as develop and design the transmitter and receive antenna,host computer software;(3)Test the system.We had calibrated the wireless torque test system and conducted a test in the road,the test results and data is recorded.The new wireless torque test system got good test results through the road test in the research and development testing department of automobile enterprises.That is a good application in the haft shaft torque test,It had becomed a completed solution,The new test system can meet more models of the half-shaft.There is a good advantage in adaptabilite and the price,It will be provide good service for the vehicle factory.
