Construction And Application Of Urban Gas Pipeline Network Integrity System

China's urban gas industry is developing rapidly,and the factors inducing pipe network accidents are complicated,the probability of accidents is high,the consequences of the accidents are serious,and most of the accidents are closely linked to the failure or unsafe operation of the pipe network.The management of urban gas regional pipe network integrity starts with the prevention and maintenance of pipelines and equipment as well as risk control,which is an important guarantee way to realize the smooth operation of gas production safety work.First of all,this paper takes the urban gas pipeline network of Beijing as the research object and investigates the current gas production and operation status of the urban areas in Beijing through questionnaires and other means.From the perspective of gas pipe network life cycle,the current situation of gas pipe network production and operation management in Beijing is summarized.It can be learned that the current status of gas production and operation in Beijing is complex,with large pipe network,large equipment and facilities and many users.And analyzes the status quo of gas pipeline network operation and management in Beijing from three aspects: current status of gas pipeline network life cycle,status of business data and status of operation management process.Through the analysis,the problems existing in gas pipeline network operation and management in Beijing are put forward.Secondly,this paper proposes a plan to establish a gas pipeline network integrity management system for the problems existing in the operation and management of the gas pipeline network.Draw lessons from the concept of PDCA cycle,proposed gas pipe network integrity management concept.Drawing on the advanced experience of pipe network integrity management both at home and abroad,a pipe network integrity management system has been established that integrates organizational integrity,data integrity and management process integrity.Pipe network integrity management system can be built on the basis of the current production and operation system,and gives an improved method.Thirdly,based on the establishment of gas pipeline integrity system,this paper also designs the gas pipeline network integrity system construction framework.Through the establishment of data integrity management of pipe network resources,pipe network risk assessment model,the use of pipe network integrity testing technology,integrated pipe network integrity management system platform,gas pipe network integrity system finally achieved.Finally,this paper realizes the integration and design of gas pipeline network integrity management system platform.Through the establishment of four modules,the gas pipeline network integrity system can solve the problems of network data collection,storage,sharing,searching,assessment and decision-making,thus achieving the complete management of gas pipeline networks in urban areas.Through the research of this article,we can identify the problems and analyze the status quo.Through the research and study,the construction and application of urban gas regional pipe network integrity system was realized,and a complete and continuous pipe network integrity management based on pipe network inspection and risk assessment was realized,and the "prior prevention" safety Management philosophy to ensure the safe operation of gas pipe network.
