In the municipal and environmental engineering construction, urban sewage pipe network accounts for a large proportion of the total investment. Making a optimized design according to the sewage pipe network, and seeking the economic and reasonable design scheme, has the extremely vital significance. This article based on road of block and geographical information, has established the network model of the urban sewage system, and obtains collocation scheme by the improved dijkstra algorithm. On this base, the article has also established the mathematic model of pipe network hydraulic calculation, and obtains the conclusion used direct optimization method and makes choice according to pipe network information which system offered, then affords an effective method for global optimization of the sewage pipe network. Meanwhile, the sewage optimized decision system is compiled uses VB language which based on technique of optimization, according to pipe network graph theory to establish and traversal tree-algorithm to sort of for the sewage network relationship, automatically complete pick-up of basic information of network and make optimized design of entire network, which suit for design calculation of sewage network. Finally, the urban sewage pipe network decision system and optimal method is tested and verified in an example.
