A Study On The Detailed Design Of Zhengzhou Longhu Financial Center Commercial Buildings

Zhengzhou Longhu Sub-CBD is located on the island of Longhu lake in Zhengdong new district,it is directed by the government,planned and designed by Arata Isozaki as a new region.It continues with Kisho Kurokawa's design concept adopted in Jinshui Lake CBD area,buildings are laid out around the lake,the inner ring part are ommercial buildings which provide the Sub-CBD service facilities.As an integral part of the Sub-CBD,inner-ring commercial buildings become the most important functions and the most active water front area?The architecture conceptual design is also directed by Arata Isozaki so that the urban design concept continues more smoothly down to architecture design.This article is based on zhengzhou longhu Sub-CBD commercial project,studies and solves design problems on masterplan layout,fuction,circulation,space,mep design,facade.This exploration Focus on two key points:one is from urban design to architecture design and the other is from concept to building.This research also provides a practical project example.The first chapter is introduction,introducing the background,research purpose and content,proposing the research methods and significanceThe second chapter introduces the project from planning design,urban design to architecture design,and also gives interpretation for Arata Isozaki's concept.The third chapter firstly analysis the main contradiction and the design problems,figures out the design principle and key research direction,and proposes research strategies and logic for solving problems.After that the six topics including overall layout,fuction,circulation,space,mep design,facade are expounded with raise-analysis-solve stradegy.The fourth chapter is a summary of research and vision of Zhengzhou Longhu Sub-CBD commercial...
