"The Twelfth Five-year Plan"has required 1000 natural gas distributed energy projects in china at end of 2015,however,natural gas distributed energy projects which have been built,projects under construction,project to raise is total only 288,the project is far less than the number of "the Twelfth Five-year Plan".The main reason is that designers often can't balance between supply and demand as a whole,lead to energy station capacity on the high side,the energy station is often at low load operation.In this paper,it design and research energy station(BCHP)system of medical city based on energy demand analysis.Firstly,this paper analyze advantage and disadvantages of several kinds of method of load calculation,research and analysis the load of medical architecture(including steam,hot water,heating,cooling and the electric load)and the influence factors of load,choose building energy simulation software Energy plus as a research tool load demand by contrast these load demand analysis methods.Secondly,use energy plus to simulate the same type structures(NanJing jiangning tongshan hospital),compare results of simulation with actual operation.Analysis the factors of demand side load by using orthogonal experimental design method,and find the sensitive factors,fresh air indicator>personnel density>window to wall ratio>equipment>shape coefficient>exterior-protected construction>lighting.Thirdly,simulate Pukou medical city based on "simualate+amend"method which is considering the sensitive factors of the load,analysis all-year hourly cold hot electric load.Use nonlinear programming based on principle of "following the thermalload,thermoelectric balance",take annual energy cost as objective functionand,calculate optimal allocation scheme that annual energy cost is 18 million and capacity allocation is 2 gas engine(1200k W)+2 absorption lithium bromide unit(2000kW/1500k W)+2 electric refrigerator(3000kW)+2 boil(3200kW).Confirm the optimal allocation scheme appropriate by contrast with other two programme of feasibility report.Finally,research the relation among fuel energy saving ratio,primary energy ratio and heat to power ratio,proved distributed energy station is energy conservation.Research the relation between energy consumption and electric gas ratio,proved energy station is economical.Established sensitiveness mathematical model,results show the price of nature gas and electric is critical factor of profit and loss,enhancing annual utilization hours and electrical efficiency(load factor)is key of guarantee economy.Under the peak-valley price of Nanj ing,analysis operation strategy of power station,results show system is profit on the peak price and loss on the valley price.
