The selection and development of high-end weapons and equipment is a strategic issue for all countries.High-end weapons and equipment are closely related to the production,deployment,and use of weapons,and they are a key factor in determining the outcome of a war.The research and development of new complex equipment needs to flexibly participate in the demonstration of various performance indicators in a short period of time.Engineering technology driven by demand and knowledge is a key concept for maintaining competitiveness in today’s global confrontation.By constructing a demand-driven index demonstration model and equipment knowledge base,knowledge retrieval,reuse and integration can be carried out efficiently to realize complex equipment performance index demonstration.In response to the requirements of the complex equipment development process for standard performance demonstration processes,advanced demonstration methods,demonstration knowledge management,reuse,and rapid response,this article focuses on the construction of complex equipment performance indicators rapid demonstration system and demonstration knowledge management models,methods and technologies.The article content and research results are as follows:(1)This paper proposes a complex equipment performance indicator demonstration model with four levels of requirements,schemes,templates and data as the core,to assist design demonstration personnel to quickly respond to demonstration needs and make accurate design demonstration decisions.A standard demonstration process has been established.The system demonstration process of weapon equipment performance indicators is divided into three stages:analysis and establishment of demonstration requirements,construction and evaluation of demonstration indicators,and configuration and packaging of demonstration tools.(2)Aiming at the configuration and packaging stage of the demonstration tool,a unitized demonstration requirement and a knowledge management model are proposed.The model realizes the interactive matching of requirements and knowledge by giving a concrete expression of the requirements of the indicator argumentation tool,and completes the reuse of knowledge and the rapid response to the requirements.Based on this organizational model,a dynamic indicator demonstration template is proposed,and the definition and configuration method of the template are given.An example shows the application of the demonstration template.(3)Based on the theoretical research of the configurable structured knowledge organization model and knowledge application method,the antenna array design knowledge and the multi-objective situational awareness index knowledge management are the objects,and the knowledge engineering theory is used as the basis to construct a complex weapon that can support complex weapons.The equipment design demonstration system puts forward the system objectives,realization functions,operation logic,overall structure,etc.,and develops the functions of each module of the system.(4)The developed complex equipment performance index demonstration system takes the antenna array tool and the multi-target situational awareness index demonstration tool as examples,and carries out the error analysis of the L1array antenna and the demonstration example of a certain type of UAV radar index.Through the demonstration process of examples,the specific operations of the proposed models and methods,such as the application of the system,are demonstrated. |
