China has nearly 2,000 zones of various national and provincial levels.The zone’s energy demand space is large,and the power supply concentration is good.It has become the main incremental power of the distribution network in the future,and it is also the focus of electricity allocation and sale reformation.Planning and constructing a new energy microgrid for the zone is an reasonable means of solving energy use in urban zones and an important part of energy Internet construction.With the continuous advancement of power system reform,microgrid operation entity will be transformed into an independent commercial entity with microgrid investment construction and operation rights and participate in the power market competition.Its operation mode will determine the economics of the micro-grid life cycle.How to reasonably plan to build a microgrid to obtain a reasonable investment income has become one of the most concerned issues for microgrid operators.However,existing microgrid planning methods are difficult to adapt to the new environment.To this end,this paper proposes a microgrid planning and design method for high-sensitivity load zones.Firstly,the uncertain factors in the operation of microgrid are analyzed,and the probability model for describing the uncertainty of DG and load power is established.On this basis,the scene construction method is used to construct a series of scenes of microgrid operation to characterize the various states that may occur during the operation of the microgrid,and provide a data foundation for the zone type micro-grid planning and modeling.Then,based on the new round of power system reform,analyze the load characteristics of the zone type micro-grid;construct the integrated operation mode of the zone type micro-grid from the joint operation of “source-network-load-storage” and internal and external electricity purchase and sale;analyze and construct the economics and related mathematical models of the zone type micro-grid operation mode.Finally,compare and analyze the economics of the traditional microgrid operation mode and the integrated operation mode and give relevant results.Provide reasonable investment and operational decision-making information for the zone type micro-grid,and guide the initial rational investment planning of the zone type micro-grid.Finally,joint planning of distributed generation and energy storage in the microgrid of the zone is carried out.The future operation mode of the zone is considered in the planning model,and the second-level planning model of the zone micro-grid is established.The upper model is the planning model,which is mainly for the construction cost of the microgrid in the zone;the lower model is the operational decision model,which is mainly for the economic benefit of the operation of the microgrid in the zone.Aiming at the high sensitive load characteristics of the zone,the load reduction strategy is integrated into the planning model to set up the power supply guarantee measures for the microgrid.The microgrid uncertain time series scene set is constructed to characterize the microgrid operation uncertainty.The improved non-inferior sorting genetic algorithm is combined with mixed integer linear programming to solve the model.Design a micro-grid in a certain economic and technological development zone to analyze the case.The results of the example show that the microgrid planning method coupled with the operational strategy can provide a reasonable return on investment for the microgrid operators and obtain long-term economic benefits. |
