With a large number of water conservancy projects construction and operation which meet the needs of flood control,power generation,shipping,irrigation al et for human,Bring huge economic and social benefits.At the same time,due to the separate of the dam and the regulation of the reservoir,destroyed the connectivity of natural rivers,changed the natural hydrological situation of rivers.However,the natural river process is the "driver" of the river ecosystem.The change of the natural hydrological situation in the river will produce some stress effect on the river ecosystem,destroy the stability of the river ecosystem and endanger the river health.Reservoir ecological dispatching is the focus of recent research on the development and utilization of water conservancy and hydropower projects.Due to the uncertainty and complexity of the ecological impact by the reservoir,The Ministry of Environmental Protection requires that power stations with regulatory functions to developed reservoir dispatch program which must meet the ecological needs.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of relevant theoretical experience,Some achievement of the research of reservoir ecological scheduling has achieved.But,considering the important role of Fengman Hydropower Station in the Northeast power grid and the complexity of the ecological environment,It is necessary to study the ecological impact of the reservoir in depth,and put forward a reasonable and feasible ecological dispatching plan to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power station and the sustainable development of the upper and lower river ecological environment.This paper developed the research of ecological dispatching based on stimulate drifting eggs fish spawning in the in the lower reaches of the Fengman dam.Analyzed the influence of the construction of the Fengman dam may produced on fish.The main effect is that the dam construction changes the hydrological situation of the downstream reach and the low temperature water influence on the spawning of the drifting eggs fish.Analyzed the feature vary in Time and space of IHA ecological hydrological indicators in the study of regional.The average monthly flow is affected by the inflow of tributaries and the water used by industry and agriculture,The flow rate of the three water stations is different,but the change is more consistent year byyear.The difference of water increasing and falling indicators of each station is little,There is a decreasing trend year by year,The difference of other indicators in the station is small,the trend change by year is not clear.To determine the quantitative description of the process of rising water flow indicators,Analyzed the feature vary in Time and space of rising water ecological hydrological indicators in the study of regional.The number of effective water,the initial flow and water temperature of each section are the key ecological hydrological indicators that affect the spawning of drffiting eggs fishes,Made the average number of days of effective water rising duration,the number of effective water flow and the intervals of two effective water rising of Yongqing Reservoir as the target,Improve the daily increase of flow and the initial flow 50% and100% basis on the average for many years as the ecological scheduling targete.Started two times of ecological scheduling while the water temperature reached 14 ? and 18 ?.
