Under The Background Of Urban Renewal Study On Ecological Restoration And Reuse Of Brownfields Planning

In the city to update the background,based on the city renewal,Brownfield,ecological restoration and the concept of the related theory of ecological restoration and reuse of brownfield space at home and abroad and practice,summarizes the current characteristics and ecological restoration method of Brownfield,brownfield and spatial reuse type development.Based on the development of Lake industrial area of Xuzhou,with Xuzhou Lake industrial area status and needs to consider the future of ecological restoration and reuse of brownfield development trends,summed up Xuzhou Lake industrial area of brownfield ecological restoration and reuse planning proposals,to ensure the future development and utilization of brownfield is sustainable.Considering the city renewal requirements,based on the regional space,ecological Renaissance through "green fabric,water,soil" strategy;for brownfield reuse of space presents the integrated function and application of combination of single function.Finally,the planning practice is carried out with the industrial area of Xuzhou lower lake.This paper is divided into six chapters,each chapter follows the specific content and structure design:The first and two chapters: the one and two chapter is the theoretical analysis of research papers,topics of origin,as well as domestic and foreign city renewal,brownfield ecological restoration and other related theories and practice,based on the related research on the definition of the core content,and introduces the basic framework of thesis writing.The first two chapters: the one or two chapter is the theoretical research papers,the first chapter introduces the main research contents and value,and basic framework of thesis writing,the concept of the core content of the second chapter reviews the city renewal,brownfield ecological restoration,and the relevant theoretical research.The third chapter is the ecological restoration and spatial reuse of brownfield.The advantages and prospects of brownfield ecological restoration were analyzed,and the methods and guidance strategies of ecological restoration were studied.This paper analyzes the demand of brownfield space reuse,combs the model of brownfield space reuse,and puts forward some suggestions from the functional requirements,in order to better guide the future brownfield planning and design work.The fourth chapter is the status quo,through the introduction of Xuzhou Lake industrial area development process,the status quo and demand of the survey and analysis,elaborated the status of Brownfield,brown land demand summary.The fifth chapter is the planning practice chapter,on the basis of theoretical reference and analysis and summary of the current situation,the use of ecological restoration and reuse of brownfield in the lower Lake area of Xuzhou in the planning and design practice.The sixth chapter is the summary and suggestion.
