Probe Into The Mode Of Activation And Regeneration Of The Ancient Village Of Historic

Historic buildings are a special type of architecture,it is a product of mankind's cultural history,has a certain historical period,people's lives within a certain geographical range in close contact,containing the rich and unique culture of regional architecture,ancient village is made up of a number of historical buildings complex,and play different roles in the village.It has a long history,unique style and the architectural environment,full of fascination.But with the change of times,ancient villages cannot meet the needs of modern society and the enormous challenges facing extinction,however,due to lack of relevant theory and the lack of success,on regeneration model of ancient villages,is not only a theoretical issue,is a matter of practice.First,this paper analyzes the historic buildings facing the crisis and there are all kinds of problems,and describes the evolution of adaptive reuse of historic buildings.And a specific case,detailed analysis based on function-based model of the reuse of historical buildings,I think saved historical buildings not just skin,but combined with the peripheral environment for adaptive reuse,improve the overall vitality of the building and the surrounding.Then,through the monomer – Peitou Hot Springs Museum of historic buildings in Taiwan,villages--new Taipei City,Shenkeng,Ilan rural communities in three case study,investigate the adaptive reuse of historic buildings and the development of rural communities.Second,the above findings and theories in the field of analysis,summed up the activation mode and can learn from the history of architecture "community building" mode.Last,author through on Lu in the area,Laiwu city,seedlings mountain town South text village of times research,combined local of economic,and culture,and geographical,status,combined Taiwan of success experience,to instance combined theory of form proposed has "update · regeneration" of concept sex protection concept,purpose is through on village within monomer history building of protection update gradually achieved village in the history building of again using and whole ancient village of regeneration.I hope based on China's basic national conditions,summed up the conservation and regeneration of the ancient village of development models to draw upon,and puts the activation of recommendations for future conservation and regeneration of the ancient village to provide some advice.
