Research On The Design And Construction Technology Of Cast-in-place Bridge Template

As is known to all,along with the rapid development of national economy and the constant progress of traffic,the number of bridge project construction is increasing day by day.The security problem is increasingly highlighted too.In recent years relevant department statistics,the ratio of the collapse of template brackets in larger and above accidents remains high.Therefore,the development of template support technology for cast-in-place bridge project should get the full attention,effectively regulated and controlledBased on cast-in-place bridge formwork technology as the research object,mainly introduced the research background,some research results at home and abroad,the current types and characteristics of formwork that is commonly used in bridge construction.Focused on the safety design and construction of bridge formwork,five phases from the design of the formwork support have been decomposed and studied.,and each stage was studied on accident prone.Take 108 national road rebuilding project interchange in the south village of 3 # main bridge project as an example,design for the construction scheme is calculated,organization construction in preloading before acceptance and put into use and demolition of construction.The whole process is studied and applied.During the study period,the bridge construction was carried out smoothly,and there was no safety quality accident occurred,the external type was beautiful and the quality was good.Through the research of the system and the application of engineering examples,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The load combination mode and the value of the design calculation should be strictly regulated.Before use;(2)The design calculation must be reviewed and checked according to the actual situation;(3)The specification and model of steel pipe for unified formwork support shall be standard.Through the research and application of this paper,we hope to provide technical reference for the construction of cast-in-place bridge template support and reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.
