From the perspective of green building and ecological civilization construction development,to improve the traditional template system,steel-frame plastic template system arises at the historic moment.This system has the advantages of low mass,high strength,green,good economic benefits and fewer construction period,etc.Steel-frame plastic template system is a new kind of formwork supporting frame system,it is still at the preliminary trial stage,due to the lack of design theory and safe computing theory,it encountered many problems in the construction process inevitably,so it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive assemble template design and a refined theoretical analysis for the system.In order to verify the rationality of steel-frame plastic template system design during each construction stage,explored the rules of load transferring and load sharing about steel-frame plastic template and steel tube frame in three-dimensional space,searched the laws of stress and strain distribution about formwork supports system in each construction stage.Combined with assemble template scheme and construction process in actual,the analysis conclusion can be prepared to compile the relevant specification for steel-frame plastic template,it also promote the popularization and application of the formwork system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The main structural components have higher potential dangers,such as beam formwork,shear wall formwork,floor formwork,special positions(masonry junctions,reserved holes,concrete spreaders)and support system.Performed all-around assemble template design for these components and provided detailed information on steel-frame plastic template system of construction technology.(2)Based on the basic theory of elastic plate bending and combined with assemble template scheme,phase construction analysis for horizontal structure template system was carried out by SAP2000 software,simulated the construction procedure with changes of stiffness,quality and load factors.Compared the analysis results with those results which regardless of the phase construction.(3)Based on assemble template scheme,a refined wall formwork system analysis model was modeled by ABAQUS software.Factors such as fluidity and workability of concrete were taken into account in the finite element model,to study the working performance of wall formwork system during construction stage.(4)Refer to the current specification,checked the working performance about steel-frame plastic template system under the most unfavorable working conditions,compared the calculation results with the finite element analysis results,and discussed which way to check is more reasonable.
