Study Of Slip Sheet Production Technology And Its Performance

Paper slip sheet is a new kind of transport packing appliance made of high quality craft paper by using plate-making equipment,which is usually around 1mm thick,possessing great anti-humidity and tear resistant.It is a kind of new environmental protection packaging materials used to replace wooden pallets,plastic tray and paper tray suitable for transport appliance.As a traditional tray substitute,paper slip sheet can be used as export transport packaging,which can greatly save transportation and storage space,reduce freight and warehousing costs,it is a new type of green packaging material.By applying related packaging professional theory,the thesis has performed the new product structural design of paper slip sheet,analyzed and studied production raw materials and properties,technical conditions of the preparation process of the adhesive,production process and technical conditions of paper slip sheet.In the process of research,according to GB/T 19450-2004 paper-based even tray and JIS Z0607-1995 standard,the performance test of light load paper slip sheet trial product was made.The test results show that the main performance parameter tensile strength is 22.048kN/m,surface hardly change after 100 friction test,slip angle is 18° in inclining test,so the performance index of paper slip sheet trial product meets the requirement of international standards,is able to adapt to the needs of the packing and shipping exports.By studying the paper slip sheet production technology and its performance,the thesis designed and developed many varieties,multi-purpose and new paper slip sheet products,and studied its production process and tested product performance to get technical conditions and performance test results suitable for production of paper slip sheet for export commodities transport packaging.The research results can provide innovative structural design,perfect technology conditions and reliable testing methods for actual production of paper slip sheet,and guidance for the enterprise in the production of high quality and multifunctional paper slip sheet products.
