Integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC)is the gasified gasification synthesis gases which is to exhaust waste heat into steam system to produce the output,and electricity after purification to the gas turbine.It is an advanced clean coal technology with combined cycle of advanced energy system.The performance of high efficiency and environmental protection is good,especially combined with CO2recovery technology to achieve no greenhouse gas emissions as a clean coal technology.Foreign IGCC technology research and development during the oil crisis began in the 1970s with the core technology of the large-scale coal gasification technology.In this paper,the main work is as follows:First of all,on the basis of reading a large amount of literature,this paper studies the development process of IGCC,combining IGCC power generation technology with traditional supercritical/ultra supercritical power generation technology and other major clean coal power generation technologies.Secondly,based on China’s first IGCC plants Huaneng(Tianjin)coal gasification power generation co.,LTD.,there are two stages of dry pulverized coal gasifier pulverized coal gasification system as the goal,to their subordinates coal grinding and drying unit,unit pulverized coal pressurized and transportation,gasification and steam units,slag,dry ash removal unit,wet cleaning unit,preliminary water treatment unit,utilities,synthesis gas purification and sulfur recovery units and so on carries on the detailed research,analysis of its running mechanism.The author studied the characteristics of the gasifier,and analyzed gasification system’s influence on IGCC plants.According to the characteristics of two-stage gasifier can be learned that the two sections of the gasification reaction is a positive effect is the focus of high-load operation of the gasifier,thus design engineering application test.The experiment found that,despite the same amount of coal and the same amount of coal under the premise of a reaction,although the amount of steam input increased,the second paragraph of the investment can still keep the gas outlet temperature did not increase,and improve the gas production,which reflects the second But the two-stage input reaches a certain value and will affect the carbon conversion rate of the gasification system.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the optimum input amount according to the actual load.In addition,the oxygen-to-coal ratio and the ratio of coal to water On the gasification performance,in which the gasifier temperature increases with the increase of oxygen to coal ratio,with the increase of coal-water ratio decreased,the impact of coal-to-coal ratio is greater than the ratio of coal to water,the operator in the production according to different coal Species,different load to be targeted to be adjusted,can help gasification system more stable and efficient operation.In this paper,the problems in the actual production of two-stage gasifier are as follows:the pulverized coal filter bag burner,the ash filter and the burner cover are burned out frequently,Improve the operation method and analyze the abnormal events,give the precautionary measures.It has been proved that these measures have helped and promoted the long and stable operation of the gasifier,which laid the foundation for the mature application of the two-stage gasification technology.
