In recent years, the problems of environment has become a growing concern of all over the world. In the present clean coal power field, integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) is generally thought of as the most promising future of the new generation of coal-fired power plant , their environmental performance is very prominent, its SOx, NOx and solid particles of substances such as desulfurization is much lower than conventional power generation, and power generation efficiency is as good as the efficient coal-fired power station, more than 40%. The future is expected to reach higher (50%). But domestic haven't IGCC plants into power. This article will estimate the heat economy and economy of Huaneng Tianjin 250MW IGCC power plant.This paper states the IGCC process, and the coal gasification subsystem, syngas purification subsystem, the air separation subsystem and combined cycle subsystems are described in detail, and introduces the various subsystems process. At present, it is the advanced technological in the world. Through the various subsystems introduction, fix the subsystem device of this paper selected.In understanding each subsystem and the technological process, fix the various subsystems based on the performance parameters, basic methods of using energy balance of power plant, coal system, gas turbine system, waste heat boiler and steam turbine thermal system, economy calculation, again the power plant have combined cycle system calculation, get the Combined-cycle Power net power, power efficiency and power supply efficiency performance parameters in different conditions, analysis, thermal efficiency changes.On the basis of existing data, using energy balance calculate the net power, power efficiency and power supply efficiency of the different conditions of Huaneng Tianjin 250MW IGCC power plant. Evaluate the economy of power island and gasification plant from the technical economy aspect. Find the main factors affecting electricity price by economic analysis of plant, in order to achieve the purpose of optimized.
