The paper establishes the thermal efficiency calculation model of gasifier,heat recovery steam generator in a 400MW-class Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) system, basing on the heat balance and energy balance, and calculates power consumptions of different configuration plans in air separate units according to relevant model. Regardless of the efforts of steam turbine and gas turbine thermal efficiency, the paper also calculates the overall thermal efficiency of the IGCC system, and analyzes the efforts of correlation parameters, such as the overall air separation factor Xas,coefficient of nitrogen re-injection Xgn, on the overall thermal efficiency of the IGCC system. Study of the IGCC system performance test code (ASME PTC 47-2006), promulgated by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers in 2006, has been made, performance test and analysis method of uncertainty are analyzed, the thermal efficiency (heat rate) and other parameters of a IGCC system are calculated at specified operating conditions.
