| Along with the rapid development of the national economy,the automobile as major of transportation tools is becoming popularity.However,the increasing of vehicle quantity also brings up safety accidents,among which the accidents occurring during parking is more than 30% of the total accidents.As a high value-added equipment,the traditional rearview camera has simple function and low popularity in the manufacturer of vehicles.Along with safety is becomes more and more important in people’s mind.safety device is in growing demand,a low cost,more functions rear camera is the good design choice to meet expectation of customer,which is with overlay to assistant driver to identify routine of vehicle backing.visible and identifiable.A rear camera with parking overlay is designed in this paper.to meet real market,The two contradictions of popularity and cost reduction are balanced during this design subject.From vehicle level requirement,identify the technical requirement.including requirement of hardware design,software design,bench test,parameter test,and reliability test.In this design,we have detail analysis and description for ASX350 image sensor,Renesas RL78/F13 MCU,TJA1051 CAN transceiver,DC-DC and LDO regulators.In the PCBA design and layout design,Mentor tools software is introduced.in software design,OSEK operating system is used as OS,further application was created by C language.By above tools/hardware/software designs,fulfill the completed system design of rear camera. |
