Research On The Protection Of Royal Architecture Heritage In Beijing(2000-2015)

After the 21 th century,our country has paid unprecedented attention to the conservation of heritage,a big progress of the conservation of culture heritage in Beijing is made.Especially,after the successful application of Olympic,much funds is devoted to repair and protect the royal architecture,which is built in Ming or Qing dynasty.This repair project of cultural relic is largest after the foundation of China.Beijing park management center manages the world culture heritage in Beijing,such as the Summer Palace,the Temple of Heaven,and first departments of key cultural relics protection units,for example Beihai,Jingshan,Zhongshan,Xiangshan and extra.In this paper,the center is as an example to analyze the practice of protection projects of 2000 to 2015,for instance,cultural relic conservation planning,the conservation of historical buildings,special exhibitions,comprehensive ecological improvement,information collection of cultural relics,special scientific research,heritage monitoring.Firstly,select six key protection projects,through on-the-spot investigation,interviews and case comparisions to systematically analysis and summarize the experience and lessons.Secondly,to analyze the center related conservation in terms of project funds,management personnel and system construction,pointed out that there are some problems in the protection of the royal architectural heritage in Beijing,such as the pressure of social development,the heritage integrity damage,the improper capital management mode,the weak integrated management,and the loss of traditional skills.Lastly,the paper draws lessons from the domestic and foreign relevant experience,and then puts forward a series of conservation suggestions such as perfecting protection planning,overalling protection and utilization,strengthening cultural construction,adjusting fund management mechanism,strengthening scientific research cooperation and talent cultivation,promoting science and technology protection,expanding visibility and influence,improve public participation,and so on.In order to provide reference for future similar conservation,pushing the cultural heritage protection development of the center subordinate units,inheriting Chinese excellent traditional culture.
