The protection of cultural heritage has become a hot spot of concern for governments,people,various international organizations and local organizations.As a "historical carrier" of a country and a nation,historic buildings carry the "memory of history." However,recently urban construction has caused the demolition of historical buildings and the damage to the environment;Tourism development has caused the damage to the environment and the heritage itself;Road construction has changed the original natural landscape;Water conservancy project development has caused environment problems;Unintentional and unscientific methods have been taken to historical buildings,etc.These destructive or unintentional destruction of the architectural heritage have all caused tremendous impact on various types of historic buildings in the private sector.In the recent one and a half decades after the reform and opening up,as countries paying more and more attention to the protection of heritage,greatly increasing the manpower and material resources,the research on the protection of architectural heritage has also been developed rapidly.However,construction heritage has been destroyed quickly when the economic is booming.Historical buildings exist in different time backgrounds and natural environments,so the same modes and methods can not be generalized for their protection and restoration.However,they can still adhere to the principles of protection and restoration of historic buildings and comply with relevant laws and regulations Summed up the theoretical research system and method of protection and restoration.Zhangye Temple,Xituo Town,Shizhu County in Chongqing witnessed the social,cultural and economic development of Xituo,occupying an important position in the history of Xituo.Zhang Ye Temple is a typical representative of the Bashu architecture,reflecting the history and culture of the West Tuo Temple Hall,has a high historical value evolution to the study of local socio-economic and Guild Hall building;In the mean time,Zhang Ye Temple is the carriers of the Xituo people's memory and the connection between this generation and the past.From the trade hall to a charity organization,to the security guards quarters,Ping Street Photo Gallery,Zhang Ye Temple witnessed the scenes of the previous generation of Xitu,All kinds of moments,all kinds of events.Therefore,the protection and restoration of Zhangye Temple is not only because of the information value contained in its architecture,but also because of its emotional and symbolic value.?This thesis chooses "Zhang Ye Temple" protection and restoration and restoration design project as the research object,which is divided into four parts.The first part analyzes the architectural shape of typical ZhangFei Temple,especially ZhangFei Temple by studying the origins and historical evolution of ZhangFei Temple,and summarizes the characteristics and shape of the hall construction applied to the "Temple of Zhang Ye West" restoration and design.The second part analyzes the historical and cultural background of Zhangye Temple in Xituo through literature and field investigation,summarizes the historical value,artistic aesthetics value and science of architectural spatial form,artistic decoration and construction technology Value,and evaluate the status quo of the building.The third part is based on the theoretical basis of cultural relics protection and analysis of the status quo of building space and the damage of components,and formulate specific measures to protect and rehabilitate and restore the design.The fourth part takes corresponding technical measures according to different strategies.Finally,it is the summary and reflection of the entire protection and restoration process,hoping to serve as a reference for future protection practice.
