Research On Spatial Variability Of Industrialized Residence

With sustainable,stable and healthy development of our national economy,the housing industry has gradually developed into one of the pillar industries of the national economy.These include the standardization of residential buildings,the industrialization of residential buildings,the integration of residential production and operation and the socialization of residential cooperative services.Residential industrialization refers to the use of modern industrial means by means of production of houses or techniques,and builds houses in advanced,centralized and large industrial production methods.The development of the structural system of China’s current housing industry is relatively mature and that of the parts system are constantly improving,but the lack of the designing methods,which adapts to industrial production,seriously restricts the course of industrialization of China’s housing industry.The industrial housing with variation of space can satisfy the personal and diversified demands of the customer.Meanwhile,it also greatly improves the living quality and promotes the sustainable development of the housing industry.Therefore,how to coordinate the standardization design and variable design is a significant part in the development of China’s industrial housing.On the basis of summarizing the related researches on domestic and foreign housing industrialization and combined with the status quo of the development of China ’s industrial housing,this paper systematically studies and analyzes the designing methods of industrialized housing system and the variation of space.This paper learns from the re levant theories of standardization,modularization and flexibility,and analyzes the factors influencing the layout design of industrialized housing.Focusing on the analysis of the relationship between the industrialization related technologies and housing demands and the layout design,and combined with the characteristics of the design of variation of space,this paper proposes corresponding design principles and specific methods to meet the diversified demands of the customer,with the housing space meeting the requirements of industrial production.The designing methods discussed in this paper combine with the existing regional economic level and current technical conditions to achieve the variation of space,so as to meet the diversified demands of the customer.The research of this paper enriches the relevant theory of the designing methods of industrialized housing layout,and has some practical guiding significance for the designing of industrialized housing with variation of space.
