Air-conditioning systemis an indispensable configuration of modern vehicles,so the quality and market share of the vehicles areaffected directly by the performance of the air-conditioning system.At present,the research of ordinary automobile air conditioning system has been very mature.But,for the mine vehicles and other engineering vehicles still needs to be further developed.In the future,with the development of the mining industry,the use environment of mine vehicles is more complex,and the air conditioning system needs to be further studied.In this paper,the problem of poor comfort in the air conditioning system of TL855 type mine vehicle is studied.The main work isas follows:Based on the detailed analysis of the factors that affect the heat load inside the cockpit,the performance parameters of TL855 mining vehicle air conditioning system are determined.The capacity of the compressor,the condensing capacity of the condenser,the evaporating capacity of the evaporator and the amount of air flow are calculated,the compressor,the condenser,the evaporator and the expansion valve are matched according to the calculation results;The simulation model of the air supply system is established by using CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)program.The turbulent flow model is used to simulate the flow in the original air duct,and the main factors that affect the air volume and speed of the outlet are analyzed.The structure of the air duct is improved,The form of "two in and two out" air supply system is adopted,and the smooth corners are provided for each corner position of the air duct to reduce the twisting and curvature degree to reduce the flow Loss,so that the air flow within the duct is smoother,the air volume distribution in each air duct is more reasonable and the wind speed is relatively uniform.The heat flow of heating system of the TL855 type mine vehicle is measured,and the main components are checked and calculated to ensure that the heating air meets the heating demand of the vehicle in winter.After optimization,the TL855 mine vehicle air conditioning system can protect the driver's thermal comfort,reduce the fatigue of drivers and improve the safety of vehicles.
