Many theory achievements of IoV need to be verified through experiments repeatedly.However,in real environments,it is difficult and causes high overhead to finish effective experiments based on real vehicles and scenarios.Therefore,computer simulation is an important tool to verify the achievements of IoV at the current stage.IoV mesoscopic simulation system is a software system,which can orient local traffic scenarios and verify scheduling and control effect of IoV services-IoV mesoscopic simulation system includes many subsystems,such as traffic simulation,communication simulation,service simulation,and integrative simulation control,etc.This thesis presents a built-in V2V communication simulation fuction for IoV mesoscopic simulation system by analyzing IEEE 802.11p.The thesis involves the design and implementation of default protocol stack,physical channel,and clustering algorithm,and reserves extended interface for protocol stack,physical channel,and clustering algorithm.With the simulation results from NS3,the time synchronization problem between traffic simulation and communication simulation is solved.This thesis firstly introduces the research background and related technologies.Based on the study on related communication technologies,the requirement analysis of V2V communication simulation function and its overall design are given.Then,the thesis illustrates function modules devision,concrete definitions of function modules,interactive processes between modules,and design and implementation for all modules detailed.Finally,the thesis gives test cases and results of test and verification for function modules.At the end of the thesis,the whole work is summarized,and future works are proposed.
