The sustained and steady development of our economy has led to the rapid improvement of the logistics.At the same time,the rise of e-commerce mode has given rise to a huge demand for express delivery and the express industry has entered a booming period.The huge demand of express transportation rely on a variety of modes of transport to complete.The rail departments use high-speed passenger trains and the affirmative high-speed train to launch the high-speed rail express service.However,at present,the market share of the high-speed rail express delivery is less than 5%and many advantages of express rail transport in our country have not been brought into full play.Therefore,using the huge capacity of China’s high-speed rail network and developing high-speed rail EMU for express can help the rail to participate in China’s express market deeply,which are both a challenge and a new opportunity for railway’s diversified development.Based on this,it is of great significance to grasp the prospect of China’s express market,deeply analyze the competition environment and tactics,and study on organizing the train operation plan for the further development of high-speed express business.The thesis focuses on the following aspects:(1)Defined the content of high-speed rail express.Combed the experience of foreign high-speed rail express on the aspects of the model,equipment,conditions and others,combined with the analysis of domestic high-speed rail express development,thesis summed up the experience we can learn from foreign high-speed rail in the organization model,vehicle technology,ancillary facilities and equipment,product diversity.(2)The thesis analyzed China’s express market demand meticulously and predicted the demand prospects of China’s express market by using BP neural network model,and then establish a model of transport sharing based on utility function.Based on the forecast results of express market prospect and share rate,we forecasted the demand of high-speed railway express business volume in 2020.On the basis of the analysis of the types of goods sources,the author proposes the target goods and client of high-speed rail express in different periods.(3)This paper analyzes the organization forms and technical conditions of high-speed rail express train,and puts forward the organizing and technical support conditions in four aspects:organization forms,carrying capacity,loading equipment and station operating conditions.(4)By using game theory,the thesis analyzed the competition and the game process between high-speed rail and aviation in the express market.Based on the game factor,freight rate,a profit-based air-rail competition-sharing game model was established and designed a model solving algorithm by particle swarm optimization.(5)This thesis proposed a method for estimating the OD amount of express between cities based on the gravity model,and constructed a two-stage train operation plan design model for the high-speed rail express.In the first stage,aiming at the minimum total cost of train operation,the paper established a train candidate set generation model with the constraints of capacity of tracks,section flow capacity,and OD requirements satisfaction,and designed a column generation algorithm to solve the model.Based on the train candidate set,the second stage of this article established an accurate model of distribution of express goods,which aimed at the optimal economic benefit and restrained by the coordination of trains and freight.And then the train operation plan is designed completely.(6)Taking the express train operation plan organization on Beijing-Guangzhou high-speed rail as a case study,the thesis forecast the cities’ express OD volume in 2020.Using the train set generated by the train candidate set generation model,the distribution model completed the accurate distribution of OD goods flow,and the train operation plan is finally organized.The model is solved by Python programming language which calls the CPLEX.In the end,this thesis gives a comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the train operation plan’s rationality.
