Since marine power system has a number of particular requirements in terms of sustainability,stability,and security,marine power system utilizing nuclear power as driving force is provided with incomparable advantages.Advantages such as air-independent,exhaust no pollution gas,and strong endurance have made marine nuclear power system a competitive development trend both at home and abroad.Further in-depth study is needed in order to improve nuclear power system's application in marine field.Aimed at the marine nuclear power secondary circuit thermodynamic system,the paper has conducted independent design for three major equipments-steam generator,main steam turbine and main condenser.A mathematical model based upon equipment structure parameters was set up.By taking advantage of Matlab/Simulink,it set up simulation models for all equipments and worked out thermal performance calculation simulation program of nuclear power secondary circuit thermodynamic system.Correctness and accuracy of simulation model is verified by rated operating condition emulation.Based on this,the paper calculated and analyzed all major equipments' thermal performance under 89%,72% and a total of five different main engines working condition.According to analysis results,the paper summarized deficiencies in system operation scheme,made improvements concerning steam operator and main condenser's operation modes,and analyzed improved operation modes' influence on system equipment characteristic parameter.The results indicate that with decline in main engine working condition and reactor power output,steam generator outlet saturated steam pressure rises,and there is a remarkable rise and decreased steam flow in low working condition;main steam turbine high pressure cylinder steam inlet pressure reduces,while dropout voltage with steam generator increases;cooling water flow in main condenser downsizes,and its heat exchanged capacity declines substantially.Improved operation scheme is effective in improving the deficiency of higher steam generator outlet pressure in low-load condition;in improved scheme,main condenser cooling water flow hasincreased,which improved condenser's heat exchanged capacity,meanwhile,it has improved unit mass steam's performance ability in main steam turbine.The paper's research results are of reference value to the design and improvements of nuclear power secondary circuit thermodynamic system equipment operation scheme.
