With the rapid development of China's economy,China's shipbuilding industry is booming.The ship industry economy in our country's share of the national economy is getting higher and higher,and the shipbuilding industry has attracted more and more people's attention and investment.The fire accident is one of the major disasters in the ship.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop ship fire early warning technology.Traditional ship fire monitoring and early warning is that a single type of fire sensors applies on the corresponding single fire parameter data acquisition,and then uses the general threshold comparison algorithm to determine whether the ship fire occurs or not.But because of some external environment conditions and the diversity of the ship fire,the use of a single type of parameter information that determines whether the ship fire occurs or not that reflects its information is incomplete and false positive rate and false negative rate are very high.Therefore,we should use different types of sensors to collect the fire characteristic parameters and fuse them in a certain way to realize the early detection and early warning of ship fire.In this paper,multi-sensor data fusion technology is applied to ship fire early warning field.The paper analyzes the fire warning method and designs the multi-sensor fusion fire warning algorithm to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the fire warning.The simulation results are verified.In this paper,we mainly research from the following aspects.Firstly,on the basis of reading a large number of relevant literature,this paper summarizes the domestic and international research status of the ship fire alarm technology and the research status of multi-sensor data fusion technology at home and abroad.We master the definition,basic principle,structure classification and main fusion algorithm on multi-sensor data fusion theory.And we understand the generation and development of ship fire,the characteristic parameters and classification of ship fire and the main algorithm of ship fire monitoring.Secondly,a multi-sensor fusion fire alarm algorithm based on weighted estimation and fusion is designed to suppress the influence of sensor noise.The fusion algorithm is used to fuse the ship fire disaster warning fusion algorithm based on weighted estimation,and then the data information is transmitted to the data center.Thirdly,a multi-sensor fusion fire alarm algorithm based on neural network is designed to improve the accuracy of forecasting.The neural network algorithm is used to train the ship fire warning network model,and the network connection weight and threshold in the neuralnetwork structure are repeatedly modified to optimize the fusion algorithm.Finally,the software of ship fire alarm simulation system is developed,which includes two modules: fire alarm early warning model based on weighted estimation and multi-sensor data fusion and multi-sensor data fusion based on neural network.Fire,no fire three types of ships in the fire environment to verify the accuracy.
