Fire is an important disaster that most frequent and widespread threats to social security and development. People in the use of fire at the same time,also constantly sum up the rule of fire occurrence, as much as possible to reduce the fire and fire gave rise to the damage and loss. But in recent years, with the frequent occurrence of fire accidents and the higher and higher level of fire, people have a deeper fear of fire, to fire security systems are increasingly high requirements,.This also is a fundamental requirement to promote fire early warning and alarm system development and improvement.This paper presents a fire early warning system to solve the firewarning parameters of a single and simple function,to achieve the design of fire alarm system based on multi-sensor information fusion. The paper will start from mechanism and characteristics of fires,to select the appropriate necessary sensors,developing sensor information acquisition based on MCU.the ndicators measuring in the air, as a basis to determine the occurrence of fire and warning; fuzzy algorithm technology gives verify alarm function; based on the multi sensors fusion, judge the fire at the time of the fire, and early fire warning and timely judgment.This paper uses STC microcontroller to design the gas collection circuit, communication through the communication with host, showing theconcentration index in the display, alarm and fire spread trend. The host and the STC microcontroller use485bus to communicate. Fire alarm is judged by fuzzy algorithm, with the multi sensor fusion, to final effective early waring of fire, and determined the trend. The paper completed the design and manufacture of STC acquisition board, the design and manufacture of communication board, data acquisition software, communication protocol drawing up and coding,the host application development, system test results. Through the design of the entire system and perfect, the scheduled completion of the design goals.
