Research On Reconfiguration And Integration Of SCMS Based On Networked Manufacturing

Based on the analysis of the research status of some important problems in networked manufacturing system, development tendency of the relevant technology and networked manufacturing platform for Shaoxing region (NMP-SX), the solution to the reconfigurable SCMS in NMP-SX and integration with NMP-SX is proposed. Combined with the networked manufacturing system for typical regions in Zhejiang province project sponsored by the national 863 programs, some correlative problems of NMP-SX such as functions of NMP-SX, reconfiguration of SCMS in NMP-SX, integration with NMP-SX, etc. are researched in this dissertation. The archetypal SCMS based on NMP-SX is developed at the same time.Chapter 1, the theory of networked manufacturing and networked manufacturing system and the relevant research status are represented, meanwhile, each chapter of this dissertation is arranged.Chapter 2, firstly, the research background of networked manufacturing system for Shaoxing region is represented. Secondly, based on the characteristics of networked manufacturing system for region, the NMP-SX architecture, relevant NMP-SX functions and the design architecture of the SCMS under the NMP-SX are given. Finally, some key technologies needed by NMP-SX and realization problems of correlative common components are all discussed.Chapter 3, based on the discussion of NMP-SX in chapter 2, the SCMS integrated with NMP-SX is mainly studied.Chapter 4, based on the discussion of the design architecture of SCMS under the NMP-SX in chapter 2, realization of the reconfiguration of SCMS under the NMP-SX is main point, meanwhile, the realization architecture of SCMS based on petStore systematic architecture is given. Combined with the relevant research contents, the reconfigurable SCMS systematic architecture under the NMP-SX is presented.Chapter 5 introduces the applications of the NMP-SX and SCMS based on NMP-SX. Then some applications examples of the NMP-SX and the reconfigurable distribution module of the SCMS for Nanfang Group and Hengbo Group are provided.Last chapter, the full paper is generalized roundly and the next research work is prospected.
