| China is a broad country with a vast sea area and a long coastline.When there was a maritime accident,it is a press need to search and rescue helicopters in time and effectively.However,under the bad condition of heavy waves,the refueling ship swayed so much that the helicopters couldn’t land on the tanker,using the helicopter hover refueling was faster and more effective at this time.And the emergency breakaway device is the key point in the hovering refueling hose device,it ensured that the helicopter quickly separated from the refueling ship in an emergency.The emergency breakaway device is not only required to be reliably disconnected under the action of determined axial tension(1700 N-2000 N),but the disconnected end faces must be reliably self sealed.Because the existing emergency breakaway device is unable to meet the requirements of hovering refueling,the aim of this paper is to design an emergency breakaway device suitable for rescue helicopter hovering.The spring-ball emergency breakaway structure is designed in this paper,which mainly consists of two parts:the breakaway structure and the sealing structure,and the factors that affect the structure and seal structure are studied.Three-dimensional model is established for kinematic simulation and analysis.according to the orthogonal simulation experiment of four factors and three levels,the priority relation that affects the breaking force of breakaway structure is obtained,and the theoretical analysis of the breakaway structure is carried out,and found out the formula of the breaking force of the breakaway structure.Secondly,the breaking force test is carried out on the breakaway structure of the simulation parameters,and the measurement results have not reached the design requirements,therefore,an improvement scheme is proposed in accordance with the priority relation that affects the breaking force of breakaway structure.The relationship between the different structural parameters and the breaking force is studied and the breakaway structure is designed to meet the requirements.The surface wear of the breakaway structure and the effect of different wear degree on the breaking force are further studied.Finally,a complete sample of the emergency breakaway structure is designed and processed.Set up a seal test rig,and the seal experiment and self sealing experiment are carried out by different flow and different pressure water.the sealing structure has no leakage to meet the design requirements,and the pressure loss curve of the emergency breakaway structure is measured.Set up tensile test bench of emergency breakaway device at the time of refueling,tested the breaking force,sealing,self sealing and leakage of the emergency breakaway device at the time of refueling.Finally,an emergency breakaway device suitable for hovering refueling device is designed. |
