With the booming of the global economy,the fossil fuels are still in dominance,but they also have defects as non-renewable and pollution of the environment,so more and more countries are starting to pay attention to energy conservation and emission reduction.In the aspect of ship refrigeration,the absorption refrigeration can use the residual heat from marine diesel engine,and it will not destroy the ozone layer,this is in line with the needs of the world today.In this paper,an experimental study on the absorption refrigeration system with TFE-TEGDME as the refrigerant on the six degree of freedom swing platform is carried out.The experimental device is mainly composed of the generator,the absorber,the evaporator,the condenser and the solution heat exchanger.There are three falling film tubes in the absorber,one of the tubes was designed as a visual glass tube to observe the process of the falling film,and there is a pre-cooling tank in front of the absorber to pre-cool the solution.The experiments include the flow pattern experiment of the vertical falling film tube and the performance test of the refrigeration unit.The film flow patterns of the visual falling film tube in the absorber of different flow states and different swing states was photographed by the high speed camera,and the influence of the different flow patterns on the absorption of the absorber and the cooling effect of the refrigeration unit was further analyzed.The experimental results show that in a small flow rate of static state,the liquid film is laminar flow,at this point the absorption effect is general;With the increase of the swing amplitude or the decrease of the swing period,the liquid film gradually presents monochromatic wave and quasi-sine wave,the absorption effect is increased at this time;When the swing amplitude is too large or the swing period is too small,the liquid film will appear to merge wave flow and fall off,and the absorption effect is greatly reduced at this time.The overall performance test of the refrigeration unit is mainly to collect and analyze the parameters of each part of the system through the data logger,further get the COP of the system.The results show that:1)when the swing amplitude is not too large or the swing period is not too small,the heat transfer and mass transfer of the absorber are better than the static state,the COP of the system is also better than the static state;2)when the swing amplitude is too large or the swing period is too small,the heat transfer and mass transfer of the absorber are greatly reduced,the COP of the system is also greatly reduced;3)when the flow rate of the solution is large,the influence of the swing on the liquid film is also large,the performance of the unit will also be greatly affected.
