Today,with the rapid development of the global economy,fossil fuels still dominate the world's energy.However,they also have problems such as non-renewability and environmental pollution.As a result,more and more countries are paying attention to energy conservation and emission reduction.In the field of ship refrigeration,absorption refrigeration system have the advantage that it can use residual heat generated by marine diesel engines and it does no harm to the ozone layer,which is in line with the needs of present world.This article will study the H2O-LiBr falling film absorption chiller set up on the six degree of freedom rocking table,and discuss the effect of ship operation conditons on the cooling effect of the absorption chillers.In this paper,the H2O-LiBr falling film absorption refrigeration unit is theoretically calculated.The effect of different factors on the cooling effect of static and swing state is studied by using a single effect falling film absorption refrigerating machine which is built on an electric six degrees of freedom swing platform.The experiment firstly studied the effect of amounts of solution circulartion on mass transfer flux,heat flux,and the refrigerating capacity of the falling film absorber unit at the static state.The experimental results show that increasing the circulation of the solution can improve the refrigerating capacity of the unit.However,excessive circulation of solution will aggravate the cooling effect of the unit.Under the oscillating state,orthogonal experiments were used to study the effect of solution flow rate and various swing parameters on the COP value.The results show that the swing factors having greatest effect on the system's COP are the swing cycle and angle.The influence of these on refrigerating effect of refrigerating machine was studied.The results showed that:?1?When the cycle is relatively short,the small angle swing can enhance the cooling effect to a certain extent.If the swing angle is too large,the cooling effect of the unit will deteriorate to below the static state.?2?When the cycle is longer,the cooling effect of the unit will always become worse with the increase of the swing angle.?3?When the angle is smaller,the refrigerating capacity of the unit also increases at first and then decrease with the increase of the cycle.?4?When the swing angle is larger,the cooling effect of the unit will always decrease with the increase of the swing cycle.
