For the sake of saving energy and of environment protection, absorption refrigeration has become the popular field of the refrigeration research. As the new working fluid for absorption refrigeration/heat pump, TFE-TEGDEME is attracting the attention of researchers all over the world. But the further research work about this new working fluid is limited.Referring to the present research work on this working fluid, fitting of the calculation formula about the thermodynamic properties parameter of it has been mainly performed in this thesis. And relative perfect results have been achieved. In addition, further investigations about the simplicity cascade cycle, the mid-pressure double-effect cascade cycle and the basic GAX cycle with TFE-TEGDEME as working fluid have been done. In the end, elementary dynamic analysis of the absorption heat pump using this working fluid has been carried out.The analysis indicates that in the absorbing refrigeration cycle using TFE-TEGDME working fluid under the same evaporating temperature and condensation temperature, the performance of the simplicity cascade cycle is the best while the heat burden of the generator is the maximum, the performance of the mid-pressure double-effect cascade cycle is the worst while the heat burden of the generator is higher than the basic GAX cycle. In the condition of same condensation temperature and evaporating temperature, the COP of the basic GAX cycle is lower than that of the simplicity cascade cycle, but it is greatly better than the mid-pressure double-effect cascade cycle, on the other hand, the work condition is not as rigor as the simplicity cascade cycle, so the ratio of performance and cost is relatively high.The conclusion, drawn from the fitting of the thermodynamic parameter calculation formula of the new working fluid and the theoretical analysis of the cycles, can be used in the research and development absorbption refrigeration/heat pump with TFE-TEGDME as the working fluid.
