The occurrence of the thermal bridge phenomenon seriously affects the overall thermal insulation effect of the envelope,so that the heat bridge heat transfer process is becoming more and more in-depth.However,most of the current building heat transfer models are used one-dimensional model,ignore or simplify the actual construction of the envelope structure of two-dimensional,three-dimensional heat transfer status.The actual situation shows that the heat loss of the heat bridge is becoming more and more serious,especially in the energy-saving building with good insulation performance.Once the calculation result deviates greatly,the building energy saving work becomes more and more difficult.Through the relevant examples of work summary report We understand that the reasons for the failure of energy-saving work often appear in the thermodynamic calculation,the lack of effective reference and authoritative calculation and analysis is one of the short board.Want to accurately grasp a series of building energy consumption analysis and building thermal calculation,the most important is to know the heat transfer process heat flow intensity and thermal bridge surface temperature,and insulation effect is guaranteed,how to carry out better energy conservation.In this paper,the finite element simulation is carried out in the following aspects to understand the heat flow intensity and the temperature change of the inner surface of the thermal bridge during the heat transfer process.The energy saving analysis is carried out according to the thermal insulation effect of the thermal bridge:(1)Using the temperature heat flow automatic test system(JTRG-1),the concrete wall samples and reinforced concrete slab samples were selected to detect the basic data of heat transfer temperature field.(2)Under the same wall insulation material,the multi-physics coupling finite element software COMSOL was used to simulate the change of temperature field under different thermal insulation methods.At the same time,the effect of different insulation materials on the temperature field of thermal bridge was analyzed.(3)Based on the finite element simulation of multidimensional spatial graphics,the applicable conditions and scope of different wall insulation materials are studied and analyzed.(4)Based on the simulation graphics,the causes of the temperature field of the thermal bridge are analyzed,and the rationalization of building energy efficiency is also proposed.
