Vector hydrophone can measure scalar information and vector information in sound field at the same time,and describe the complete sound field information.This advantage makes it widely used in underwater acoustic measurement.The vector hydrophone of co-vibrating type has the advantages of high accuracy and diversified structure,but it needs elastic suspension in application.The pressure gradient vector hydrophone has a simple structure and can be rigidly connected during application,so it has certain advantages as well.The vector hydrophone developed in this paper is the possibility to increase the application of hydrophone in different occasions by combining the co-vibrating structure with the pressure gradient structure.Firstly,this paper designs and manufactures a center compression acceleration sensor by analyzing the working principle of the co-vibrating type of vector hydrophone.The structure size and working frequency band are determined by simulation analysis,and the performance test is completed by using the vibration test system.Secondly,by analyzing the working principle of pressure gradient type vector hydrophone,the sensitive element of the pressure gradient channel is determined.The four-division cut piezoelectric ceramic tube is designed and fabricated,and its structure size is determined.The resonant frequency was obtained by testing.Finally,this paper combines the two structures into one,completed the composite structure of two-dimensional vector hydrophone design and production.The performance of the developed vector hydrophone is measured in the standing wave tube and the silencing tank respectively,and the test result is analyzed.According to the research results: in this paper,the composite structure of two-dimensional vector hydrophone in its work mode has been increased,the work band has also been expanded.
