Effectiveness evaluation is the ability to assess the expected mission capability when the system is running as required.Effectiveness evaluation can provide predictions of system status levels for system development,development,maintenance and use,and can optimize human,material and financial resources.Based on the three basic theories of Analytic Network Process,combined weighting method and ADC method,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods and puts forward an improved method of comprehensive evaluation of effectiveness.The improved effectiveness evaluation method is used to evaluate the warehouse transportation examples.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,we analyze and compare the differences and existing problems of traditional performance evaluation methods.Based on the theory of dominance,the paper analyzes the feedback and dependency of the indicators in different index sets,and evaluates all the indicators by using the two-two importance comparison method,and obtains the importance weights of all the indicators with the most effective performance.According to the principle of system index system establishment,the index system of efficiency evaluation of warehouse cargo transportation system is established based on the improved Analytic Network Process.Secondly,it analyzes the shortcomings of the single principal and objective weight calculation method,and improves the single and the main weight and objective weight by using the least squares principle and deducing the combination formula of the main and objective weights.This paper proposes a method of combining the entropy weighting method and Analytic Network Process to improve the accuracy of the weight.Thirdly,the reliability index of warehouse transportation system is analyzed,and the reliability formula of exponential distribution is proposed,which increases the influence of time factor on reliability and improves the usability vector calculation method of the system.According to the state transfer and change which may occur in the process of carrying out the task of the warehouse cargo transportation system,the system confidence matrix including the time factor is established.And proposed the correction factor R of the ADC model,taking into account the operator's quality and the impact of the environment on system effectiveness.Finally,the proposed improved comprehensive effectiveness assessment method is used to combine the usability vector,the reliability matrix and the capability matrix of the systemto complete the effectiveness evaluation of the warehouse cargo transportation system.
