In recent years,with the rapid development of countryside b&b(bed and breakfast),to bring new development prospects for the rural construction.In the building energy efficiency,the countryside b&b is in the initial stage.There are more disadvantages,but researching through the countryside b&b of energy-saving design,make it have further development in building energy-saving.Rural energy conservation can also provide a model for rural residential energy conservation,and to promote the development of Chinese vast rural residential energy conservation.The scope of this paper is about the countryside b&b of Qingdao area.Based on the relevant literature,advanced case finishing and induction,summed up the Qingdao countryside b&b energy-saving transformation of technical means and measures.Based on the summary and analysis of the current situation of rural villas in Qingdao.This paper chooses the countryside b&b which is located in Yanghe Town,Jiaozhou City,Qingdao as the research object,combined with the concrete measures of building energy saving and transformation,the energy conservation transformation of concrete case:1.the wall of the energy-saving transformation: sum up the existing walls,select the typical wall structure for field measurement,sum up the north and south walls on both sides of the indoor and outdoor temperature difference according to the measurement data,and calculate the thickness of different external walls,variable method,simulation of rural residential and residential envelope of heat loss and indoor air conditioning energy consumption,to explore the appropriate measures to improve the energy of the wall;2.the windows of energy-saving transformation: sum up the status of the windows,explore the comfort of its indoor light environment,to determine the area ratio of window to floor and the area ratio of window to wall based on it;to do the shade design for windows which has determined area ratio of window to floor and area ratio of window to wall,to reduce the energy consumption of the summer building;according to the area ratio of window to wall of b&b,to calculate the heat transfer coefficient of the windows,and reconstruct it,the use of control variables to simulate the residential buildings envelope heat loss and indoor air conditioning energy consumption,to explore the appropriate window energy-saving measures;3.roof and ground transformation: sum up the current situation of the roof and ground respectively,the use of control variables on the roof and the ground of energy-saving transformation simulation,summed up the appropriate roof and the ground insulation measures.After the transformation of the optimization of simulation and analysis,concluded the wall insulation in the rural b&b buildings should take different measures based on the north or the south walls;Window insulation should be combined with the area ratio of window to wall,to make the window to meet the lighting requirements Under the premise of meeting the building insulation requirements;Roof and the ground insulation performance should be closely integrated with the economy.Eventually,energy-saving transformation of enclosure structure,discuss the economy of energy-saving transformation of rural residential buildings,and summary and prospect of the rural energy-saving transformation.
