In recent years,with the rapid development of science technology and the economy,all kinds of cars began to enter the tens of thousands of households,the rapid increase in car ownership,which also prompted the car industry unprecedented prosperity.When faced with the rapid development of the automotive industry,Traditional car wash methods,whether from environmental protection or from the energy point of view,it seems stretched.In order to solve the problems such as time-consuming and labor-intensive,waste of resources and environmental pollution caused by traditional car washing,this paper designs a set of unmanned automatic car washing equipment which can solve the above drawbacks,it's not only can greatly improve the efficiency of car washing and Very friendly to the environment.In addition,the equipment without too much human participation,the whole process of car washing are used non-contact high-pressure water,fast and convenient,do not hurt the car body,its made the car wash process more rich sense of modern technology.This paper begins with the research background and development status domestic and abroad,deeply discuss the necessity of the current development of unmanned automatic washing machine control system,we have studied and discussed the overall scheme of the system and problems to be solved in this system.Secondly,according to the functional requirements of the equipment,we propose the overall architecture of the control system.The overall architecture of the control system can be roughly divided into two architectures:mechanical architecture and electrical control architecture.The mechanical structure is composed of the hardware of the washing machine,responsible for carrying the whole equipment movement and fixed.The electrical control architecture is the core of this thesis,which is responsible for controlling the operation and action of the whole system.The whole car washing room control system consists of several small systems,including:bottom spray system,jet rod system,frame system flank system,crane frame system,trolley rotary joint system,small car box system,crane electrical control system.The Pump room includes water tank,pump box,electric control cabinet,liquid matching machine.The control system through the master and slave PLC control mode,making all the controlled equipment organically together to monitor the whole process.The trolley motion control part is completed by the master station DVP-40EH00T2.The communication program can b' used to communicate with the host DVP14SS2 in the program.The master station controls the start and stop of the slave station and other peripheral devices action by sending control commands to the mapping area of slave station.Thirdly,after determining the overall structure and control mode,first make the automatic car wash equipment can make it to detect the vehicle parked position and body specifications.To solve this problem,to use the appropriate sensor with the programmable controller to complete the data collection and conversion.Five ultrasonic sensors are used in this paper,they are connected with the Analog modules of the master PLC and slave PLC to complete the ultrasonic sensor data collection work,They convert the external sound of the physical quantity into analog,and then convert analog into digital which the PLC can accept before them can be used for the program corresponding operation,and ultimately can determine the specific location of the car's body and get the car's length and width and height parameter.The above data collection,mainly for the precise control of the horizontal movement of the jet rod,to prevent the body by the torch of the wrong movement caused damage.In addition,this article also introduced the pressure of the PID control,so that make sure the high-pressure water washing machine in a state of regulation,to avoid burst pipe caused by excessive pressure or car wash effect is not ideal caused by the small pressure.Finally,in this paper,we based on the master station and slave station controllers for program development,So that the device to meet the manual control,one key automatic control,step control and other major functions,it has different wash speeds to choose from.In addition,we also developed the host computer HMI interactive system,so that all the state of the control system can be seen in the host computer touch screen,you can directly touch the touch screen to control the operation and stop the smart car wash machine,The maintenance person can set and debug the corresponding data on the touch screen.HMI man-machine interaction interface also configured a large number of alarm pop-up interface,not only can do the alarm-related information record and archive,but also can force the entire device shutdown,so that the crane can complete the return of origin by restart the Origin return program.
