With the advancement of science and technology and the development of society,washing machines are becoming more and more popular.As a major category of home appliances,it represents the level of economic development and consumption of the country to a certain extent,and also marks the level of spiritual and material civilization.2017 China's annual household washing machine output reached 75 million units,washing machine has become an essential electrical appliance for every family.The automatic calibration technology of washing machine water level sensor is relatively popular in industrialized countries.Nowadays in the United States,the calibration technology of washing machines is more than 99%,Japan is about 99%,and then other countries,such as Italy,94%;but in developing countries,such as African countries,the popularity of washing machine calibration technology The rate is relatively low,only 6%.The development trend of washing machine water level sensor calibration technology,from the basic needs of industrialized countries,is mainly based on upgrading.The new washing machine sensor calibration technology has emerged in various countries,and the degree of automation continues to increase.Although the automatic calibration production of washing machine water level sensor in China started late,it has developed very rapidly.With China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of people's economic living standards,China's washing machine water level sensor calibration technology has to go to the international market.Actively develop new products while improving quality and reducing costs.The water level control unit of the washing machine,the water level sensor,can sense the level of water in the washing machine(or dewatering bucket)during washing,and is the core component of the washing machine.As far as the current production level is concerned,the calibration process of the water level sensor before leaving the factory is mostly manually and manually completed.In order to improve the consistency of the water level sensor performance and production efficiency.This paper designs a set of water level sensor automatic calibration device.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,the research background and significance of the automatic calibration device for washing machine water level sensor are introduced,as well as the development status and development trend of water level sensor.Through the experimental research on the control technology of the water level sensor of a certain type of washing machine,the method of automatic calibration of the water level sensor of the washing machine is discussed.The analysis is given on the hardware module,and the target state is achieved by giving the control requirements and satisfying the actual parameters.A mathematical model of the pressure generating device is established by experimental research on the water level sensor and the water volume control of the washing machine.The basic relationship between the water level sensor and the automatic calibration algorithm is analyzed,and an estimation method for the automatic calibration of the water level sensor of the washing machine is proposed.An automatic device for automatic calibration of the water level sensor of the washing machine was designed.The mechanical structure of the device is designed based on virtual prototyping technology.The corresponding mechanical structure is designed by SolidWorks software,and the mechanical structure of the design is demonstrated,including pressure generating module,adjusting module and fixture module.Based on the STM32 microprocessor environment,the underlying program development technology of embedded system and sensor system is elaborated.The driving method based on STM32 and sensor is analyzed in detail.The embedded system and sensor technology are applied to control the water level sensor,the study.In the actual selection of the stepper motor control program,three common control algorithms are combined:position closed loop control,speed closed loop control,trapezoidal acceleration and deceleration control,and they are subjected to actual field operation and experiment,and their advantages and disadvantages are comprehensively compared.Determine an algorithm that best satisfies the control requirements of the device.Finally,through the completion of the hardware system and the software system,the actual operation of the host computer is used to compare and analyze the feedback data to solve the consistency and production efficiency problems in the actual production process.
