With the rapid development of our country's economy,car,as one of the most important means of transportation,has entered thousands of households,which greatly promotes the development of the car aftermarket,and car washing industry is also springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Traditional ways of car washing mostly adopt the way of manual cleaning.Obviously,this not only cannot satisfy the growing number of cars on the market at present,but also is unfavorable to the saving of water resources and not conducive to environmental protection.At present,the automatic car washing machines on the market have the defects of messy brand,high failure rate and poor safety performance.At the same time,those automatic car washing machines do not incorporate advanced control technology,which also makes the car washing less than ideal.In view of the above disadvantages,this paper studied and designed a control system for automatic intelligent car washing machine with intelligent control algorithm and high degree of automation.The feasibility and superiority of the proposed control algorithm are verified through experiments,which can solve some problems brought by the current car washing industry.First of all,this paper analyzed the overall development of car washing machine at home and abroad.Combined with the existing domestic technical means,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current domestic automatic car washing machine,and puts forward the research necessity of the automatic intelligent car washing control system.Then the overall design scheme of the automatic intelligent car washing machine is presented and each actuator is analyzed.The scheme includes car washing room system,car washing system,control system,communication system,intelligent water circulation system and so on.By combining mechanical structure with electrical control system,the wiring diagram of electrical control system is given.In order to realize the purpose of intelligent car washing and profiling car washing,combing the control principle of car washing machine control system,the more advanced fuzzy PID control algorithm is selected.A simulation model of a three-phase asynchronous motor is built in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation software environment.The PID algorithm simulation and fuzzy PID control algorithm simulation of the control system of the automatic intelligent car washing machine is carried out,and the effect of the two control methods is compared under different parameter values.The simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm is better than the PID control algorithm in terms of system response time,robustness and stability,and can achieve better control effects.Thus the feasibility and superiority of the fuzzy PID algorithm in the control system is verified.The last is the test verification.First of all,the proper PLC is selected,and the working principle and control method of the PLC is introduced.Secondly,the peripheral control wiring diagram of PLC and the flow chart of system work is given.Finally,the control of the car washing process is realized in the programming software.On this basis,the fuzzy PID control algorithm and PLC control are combined,and the PLC fuzzy PID control program is written,including the input value fuzzy quantization control program and the defuzzification program.Through on-site debugging and testing,the test results show that applying the fuzzy PID control algorithm to the control system of the automatic intelligent car washing machine can greatly improve the control accuracy of the system,thereby improving the safety and intelligence of the car washing machine,and can achieve better washing results.Thus the validity and feasibility of the scheme are verified.
