A fuel cell is a device that converts chemical energy stored in fuel and oxidants directly into electricity.Not limited by carnot cycle,the direct power generation efficiency can be as high as 45% above,cogeneration system and power generation efficiency up to 90% or more,environmentally friendly,high energy conversion efficiency,long life and other characteristics,widely used in standby power,transportation and civil cogeneration,etc.Based on Labview specialized software,this paper designed the test platform of proton exchange membrane fuel cell and tested the function of test platform through experiment.First,this paper introduces the working principle and working process of the fuel cell,and the fuel cell battery and battery electrochemistry thermodynamics,this paper analyzes the factors which influence,determine the operating pressure,operating temperature and humidity of the gas effect on the performance of fuel cell.Then,the operating conditions of the fuel cell power reactor were determined,and the parameters and functional requirements of the fuel cell test platform were defined.Secondly,according to the parameters and functional requirements of the fuel cell test platform,the module composition and the hardware component of fuel cell test platform are determined.The test platform system is divided according to air,hydrogen,cooling water,electrical and control loop.In determining the test platform of system modules,to the detailed design of the hardware module,according to the fuel cell electric reactor power level under test,implementation for each module components selection,and design the monitoring module and control signal;Design the control system and data collection of the test platform,select the appropriate controller and sensor,and allocate the IO for the system.On system function,safety monitoring,aspects such as man-machine engineering,control architecture,and process optimization for innovative design,the development of a new generation of beautiful,practical,safe multi-functional fuel cell test platform.Finally,from the perspective of the result of test: proton exchange membrane fuel cell test platform based on Labview powerful,flexible and convenient,not only can test under the condition of different performance and life of the cell stack can also provide data support the improved design of cell stack.
