Nowadays, as the fast development of the energy sources requirements all over the world, the traditional methods of electricity generation via heat or water could not satisfy the developing demands. Thus, we have been endeavoring into searching new sources. Fuel cell,a kind of energy transition device that translate the chemical energy stored in the fuel and oxidants into the electrical energy,was given great attentions from outside for its high efficiency and Zero Emissions. As a new kind of green energy resource, fuel cell has the bright market prospect. Consequently, the development of fuel cell became a significant direction in new sources development and utilization.Compared with the developed countries, the research progress of fuel cell in our country may be later in progress, lower in level, smaller in the dimension, weaker in the technique power. Develop a supervising control system designed for fuel cell that could satisfy the requirements of low cost, high reliability, available to be expanded is especially meaningful when the research of control system of fuel cell is in beginning progress.Based on the working process principle of fuel cell and according to the system characters and control requirements, the following works are included in the paper:1) According to the need of target control system, the control board is designed based on ADUC812 and wireless RF chip CC1020. The control board sends control signal for the fuel cell and communicate via RF module. A wireless supervising local area network which satisfies the need of fuel cell control requirement is also established.2) Programmed for the Industrial Personal Computer monitoring software with LABVIEW. The software supervises and controls several fuel cell systems in different place through wireless sensor network. The system can accomplish data Acquisition, displaying, analysis, record of each intelligent note and determine the control parameters according to the sub data. The parameters are sent to the intelligent notes via GPRS.3) Introduced relay design method of intelligent GPRS note installed with SIMENS TC45 chips. Accomplished wireless data transmission employing with RF and GPRS technology.4) The output voltage of fuel cell is quite low. According to this characteristic, a special inverter scheme is designed in this paper which transfers the fuel cell power to the State Grid.The proposed systems are proved to run stably with high reliability in the test, and the monitoring results are satisfied. The friend interface, facile operation, convenient configuration, strong currency, as well as the high performance and reasonable price give rise to its wide prospect in practice under its underdeveloped background in China. This system is a conductive try of the application for remote wireless monitor system in industrial control.
