At present,the industrial enterprises have received enough attention from the state in terms of thermal energy utilization.the Enterprise itself also have been considered fully in energy level utilization and energy conversion,and self-built or the transformation of integrated power generation,heating and electricity coproduction device.Since the reform and opening up,the large or super large chemical joint enterprises have already at the world's advanced level in the energy utilization efficiency.The small and medium-sized chemical enterprises,especially the old factory old factory and small chemical factory have not received enough attention in terms of energy usage.There are more problems for the energy usage,especially like the low utilization rate of boiler,the too much waste and the establishment of thermoelectric heating.Currently,It is an important task for us which is Taking energy saving as center,making reasonable adjustment for power generation and heating.Through the optimization design of the original CHP plant structure,and the implementation of the original cogeneration plant transformation and improve the level of comprehensive utilization of energy,the Small and medium chemical companies to establish the cogeneration heat,power supply ways to make full use of energy.For the enterprise in cogeneration plant,35 t/h chain boiler and modified for the first time in the process of actual operation,there are all kinds of problems,restricts the improvement of the output and thermal efficiency of boiler;And circulating fluidized bed boiler is developed in recent years a new generation of high efficiency and low pollution clean combustion technology,which can not only achieve the low NOx emission,high desulfurization efficiency has fuel wide adaptability,good load regulation performance,the advantages of comprehensive utilization of ash easily;Therefore,from the actual operation of the boiler problems to study,by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of chain boiler and circulating fluidized bed boiler and B6-3.43/0.49 type back-pressure steam turbine structure features analysis,the coal market demand,according to the heat,electricity enterprise actualdemand,theory with practice,to cogeneration plant structure optimization design,the corresponding solution measures and the technical retrofit scheme,solve the enterprise to produce the required heat,electricity demand,achieved good economic benefits.The main content of this paper is as follows:(1)to introduce the composition of cogeneration plant and process technology,cogeneration and both at home and abroad the development trend.(2)the chain boiler,circulating fluidized bed boiler,this paper analyzes the structure and way of burning,And studied the circulating fluidized bed boiler application condition at home and abroad.(3)based on UG-35/3.9-M8 chain boiler structure analysis,the structure design and optimization low range for fluidized bed boiler,through analysis and study the problems existing in the process of operation,and again and its structure is optimized.(4)through the B6-3.43/0.49 type back-pressure steam turbine structure analysis and research,by its structure line modification,optimization design and the realization of the aim of improve the back pressure.success of this study for the early are the example for small and medium sized boiler put into operation early chain of circulating fluidized bed boilers and CHP and provides an example of a successful run for the electricity to heat set to optimize productivity for small and medium cogeneration plant,saving power costs,adapt The company steam,CHP provides a good experience.
