After circulating fluidized bed unit was introduced into China, because of itsenvironmental sulfur emissions, the boiler heat storage, load adjustment range is wide, itsdevelopment is swift and violent, a rapid increase in the number, capacity has beenincreased. But its shortcomings are also prominent characteristics, such as the seriouswear and tear, control of large delay object, large inertia, its operation level uneven,survey,60%~70%of the boiler are insufficient, time short running period, loss ofincomplete combustion of high ash, flue gas loss and other issues, thus the optimaloperation of energy saving potential is enormous. Control method of multi use manualoperation, the premise of control system is also a great optimization.The smart grid construction is like a raging fire started, AGC and primary frequencyregulation has become an important indicator of the grid power quality assessment, theplant has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to improve the quality ofAGC and frequency modulation. But for some special units, circulating fluidized bed unit,the effect is not good.Through in-depth understanding of fluidized bed unit, to improve the mining indexmay. A FM logic through the re design and optimization of the basic methods and turbinefollow mode, optimize the index a FM, through the experiment on the real machine, thismethod can improve the unit frequency modulation index, verify the feasibility of theproject.
