This paper involves performance optimization and operation research of circulating fluidized bed boiler of Yuyuan plant. The circulating fluidized bed boiler of Yuyuan plant is intruoduced in earlier times. Because of immaturity in the technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler, design defects and inexperienced operators, the desired effect including energy saving, coal consumption and environmental protection is not attained. Analyzed and researched, the principal problems is found, which consist of low heating rate of burner after firing, obstinate resistance in air distribution plate, blast cap easy to wear and lost, backward SIS system and the unqualified rate of desulphuration efficiency. Combining with characteristic and improving experience of large circulating fluidized bed boiler in domestic at the present, the paper complete transformation, which mainly includes energy-saving reforming of ignition system and blast cap in air distribution plate, optimization and alteration of SIS system, alteration of desulphuration system. The definite plans incorporate changing original ignition oil gun for RZ fuel oil atomization special oil gun, using bell-cap blast cap, optimization of SIS system network topology、hardware、data interface、application software performance and application of new desulphurizing agent. After alteration, Yuyuan plant has promoted corporation’s administrant lever and competitive force and acquired good social and ecological benefits.
