Research On The Cost Control Of The Green Retrofitting Design Of Existing Building

Green retrofitting of existing buildings is the only way to solve the problem of high energy consumption of existing buildings in China.Existing building green retrofitting design business growth makes the cost of its research will get more and more attention.This thesis introduces the standard costing to the cost control study of the existing building green retrofitting design.The fuzzy evaluation method is used to analyze the influence factors of the design cost standard of green retrofitting of existing buildings,and the weight of each factor is analyzed and calculated by the analytic hierarchy process.Through the analysis,we can get the design standard cost of the existing building green retrofitting design for each specialty,and ultimately build the green retrofitting of the existing building design cost standards.At the same time,combined with existing building green retrofitting design examples,and the establishment of the standard cost calculation results are compared to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the cost of the standard.
