The existing green building assessments in China include national standards and provincial standards. But it's not appropriate to apply the same standard in all the areas throughout the country or provinces considering the huge differences in natural and humane environment. The lack of regionalism in green building assessments has become increasingly apparent along with the green building practice all over the country. However, the specific solutions are very rare in all the related research literatures. Therefore, following the development of standards and choosing the appropriate object to study on the regionalism is of great significance. Through the comparative analysis, this paper selects the latest 2014 edition of the green building evaluation standard as an integrated and representative one to demonstrate the following sections about the research process.The first part is the theoretical study, including the 1st and 2nd chapters, which put forward the lack of regionalism in green building assessments. First, the paper collects the background data, such as the history of green building development, its present situation, and summarizes the related research results of green building assessments and its regional, which show that the meaning of this research. On this basis, analyzes the current situation of the mainstream green building assessments in our country, respectively from the assessments' comparative study of itself and application analysis, and summarizes the problems. This clearly reflects the present problem that the mainstream of China green building assessments is lack of regional.The second part is the main part, including chapter 3, chapter 4, chapter 5, which illustrates the framework and content of the regional research of the green building evaluation standard, and analyzes with the examples. First, deeply analysis and find out the fundamental reasons of the lack of regional in our country's green building assessments. Put forward to the local standards in "green building evaluation standard" as the research object to establish multiple ideas, by comparison to determine and optimize the overall train of thought. Secondly, establish the theory framework and model of the regional research of green building evaluation standard. That means to divide the local standards corresponding to the provinces and cities range into to child domains with obvious regional difference, and form the local standard evaluation division. And based on the regional features of a specific child domain to construct regional characteristic system combine with the local regional evaluation system, set up the new green building assessments which conform to the regional features of each child domain. Calculate the local standards assessment based on specific subfields of regional correction weight, with the aid of expert questionnaire and weight in the study of analytic hierarchy process to solve related problems. Last, choose Chongqing green building evaluation standard 2014 edition as example to instance analysis of the established theoretical framework, the conclusion is: Chongqing green building evaluation standard and the represent child domain after the combination of regional characteristics, local standard evaluation points produced regional correction weights based on Chongqing represents child domain.The third part is the application of the research results, in the sixth chapter. It's the use of green building evaluation criteria of regional research on evaluation and analysis of architectural design, to show that under the guidance of research results, regional of green buildings will be increased.The fourth part is the chapter 7, as summary of the research content and conclusion. It also instructs the lack of specification and puts forward the prospect.The research conclusions of this paper include:(1)At present, among the standards in our country related to the green building assessments, most comprehensive one is the green building evaluation standard. It is divided into national standard and local standard, but both exists the problem of insufficient regional in varying degrees.(2)The reason of insufficient regional of green building evaluation standard is: "Unity and universality" of the green building evaluation standard and "regional features and targeted" of regional emphasis exist the fundamental contradiction. But the appropriate application should be chosen in scope and level of the two features, which can solve the contradiction.(3)Around the "solve the fundamental contradictions, strengthen local standard regional" to determine the overall research ideas. It is to divide the local standards corresponding to the provinces and cities range into to child domains with obvious regional difference, form the local standard evaluation division. And calculate the local standards assessment based on specific subfields of regional correction weight.(4)Main basis of designating local standard evaluation division includes : 1) The obvious regional differences. 2) With the combination of administrative divisions.(5)Build framework model of regional research of green building evaluation standard, finally calculate the local standard assessment based on specific subfields of regional correction weight, the weight not only reflects the green building green degree of each index, also takes the degree of regional performance of green buildings into account.(6)Through actual cases analysis, verify the feasibility of the research methods and framework model. Application of architectural design case suggests that the research on green building have played an important role in regional guidance, which reflects the meaning of the research results.
