In the cases of global fossil energy gradually decreases,fuel cost is taking more percentage in the cost column of shipping and environment pollution is more and more serious,each country in the world pays more attention to energy-saving emission reduction work of ships.In recent years,the International Maritime Organization(IMO)has implemented and is implememnting a series of new specifications and standards about energy-saving emission reduction,safety,environmental protection to requirement the quality of the international shipbuilding.Although China is the largest country for shipmaking,but not the stronger.So these new standards and specification challenges the development of our shipping industry.Under this situation,the study of energy consumption distribution of Chinese ship can be especially important to carry out the energy conservation work purposely to reduce ship's fuel consumption.Considering the real time of marine energy consumption calculation parameter and the limitations of marine energy parameter measurement,adopting modular modeling idea,which based on the valve-timing diagram,the Seiliger cycle and the average method to establish the mathematical model on calculation of ship thermal system performance and distribution of energy consumption is studied in this paper.According to the mathematical model and the ship's actual situation,based on the thermal performance calculation of the thermodynamic system ship system energy consumption distribution,the source program of analysis and configuration software is developed independently.Through the ship energy distribution of the thermal system software which has been developmented,the thermal system performance parameter and analysis of the distribution of energy consumption for the three main ship type under the working condition from100% to 50% is calculate respectively,and comparative analysis with ship form different tonnage distribution of energy consumption,to find out with weak links.The calculation results of the 48000 DWT Oil Tanker,82000 DWT Bulk Carriers and4800 Container Ships typical working condition key thermodynamic parameters and the distribution of energy consumption are compared with testing result or design data,and theerror is within 5%.The results show that: the outlet temperature of the three main ship type compressor and air cooler and working condition of The diesel engine have approximate linear relationship;Specific fuel consumption and exhaust temperature have approximate“U” relationship,and the minimum value appeared between the working condition of 70%80%.Three main ship type host effective power are less than 50%,The oil tanker and bulk carrier host efficiency higher than that of container ship host efficiency;The cooling loss of the three main ship type jacket water and lubricating oil about 10% of the ship fuel combustion heat,and moke the exhaust loss after waste heat recovery is about 19%.Obviously,the largest loss of three main ship type thermal systems is exhaust gas loss is and the second is the jacket water and oil cooling.For Marine power station system,power generation diesel engine thermal efficiency is lower than the two stroke diesel engines,and exhaust smoke temperature is higher than that of two-stroke diesel engine,but as a result of smoke flow is small,so usually no recovery measures.Which ship exhaust gas boiler recove the host's flue gas heat is generally less than 6%,and it has a large recycling visible space.The software development of the ship thermodynamic system energy consumption distribution not only provides a reference for ship design personnel in our country,as well as provides advisory guidance for personnel to management our country shipping operation.It is very important to promote the development of chinese shipping industry and implement the new standard and new policy which is established by IMO.
