The power and the vibration energy of marine power machinery are increasing as modern ships are developing towards high-speed and heavy haul direction.Meanwhile the structures of modern ships are getting lighter with the use of modern design methods.Thus making the level of structural vibration and structural noise is getting higher.The marine gear box is one of the most important components of marine power machinery and the vibration isolation methods have been improving the machining accuracy and assembly accuracy for a long time.The vibration isolator with multilayer steel plates which this thesis analyzes is some new-type vibration isolator and the main action object is the marine gear box.It has theoretical significance and practical application value of the optimization of dynamic characteristics of vibration characteristics of marine gear box by research on the vibration isolator with multilayer steel plates.The finite element simulation analysis and experimental analysis of multilayer steel plates isolation structure is maded in this paper,the two kinds of characteristic analysis method of multilayer steel plates isolation structure was studied;And through the two kinds of analysis method of multilayer steel plates isolation structure of different structural parameters were carried out comparative analysis study.That the results of affect of steel plate layers to the multilayer steel plates isolation structure performance.The main achievements involve the following aspects:Basisd on the review of current main vibration commonly used control methods and their advantages,disadvantages and applicable environment,and vibration excitation source analysis,we get the characteristics and vibration isolation requirements of ship shafting gear box vibration.Overall analysis of the vibration isolator with multilayer steel plates is conducted and the research methods of the thesis are presented.After introducing the FEA technology and the characteristics of the ABAQUS software,the key technology of FEA modeling is analyzed and 8 FEA model of 2 kinds are set up for further analysis.General static analysis and modal analysis and steady state dynamics analysis of the 8 FEA models are conducted respectively.Then the results of FEA analysis are processed and displayed.The experiment analyzes of multilayer steel plates isolation structure be made by methods of frequency response analysis and the vibration isolation performance test.the characteristic of the frequency response function is introduced based on the mechanical impedance and admittance theory.After the designed of experiment process and the experimental system,the frequency response analysis experiment has been constrectde.The evaluation parameters of vibration isolation performance are analyzes using four-end parameter method.The vibration isolation performance experiment of the vibration isolator with multilayer steel plates is conducted and the results are displayed for analyzing.Analysis of the dynamic characteristics of different layers of multilayer steel plates isolation structure by finite element simulation and experimental analysis.Through the finite element simulation analysis of different layers of multilayer steel plates isolation structure,we get its static,modal and finite element dynamic characteristic.The frequency response analysis of different layers of multilayer steel plates isolation structure is made through the method of experimental frequency response analysis.Summary the affect of different layers to the multilayer steel plates isolation structure by study of different of the finite element and experimental result...
